What is Podcasting?
A Podcast is a way to receive video and audio files over the internet.
Podcast feeds deliver podcasts to your desktop and you can view
these files on your computer or load them on to your iPod and watch
or listen to them anytime you want.
How to get them
The easiest way to get podcasts is with Apple's iTunes. Download
and install is so easy, for MAC or Windows.
Search the podcast directory and you'll find something you'll want to see.
